Although relevant qualification in Social Care with children and young people are desirable the commitment, dedication and ability to care for our girls is paramount. Ongoing training to achieve the relevant qualification and support will be provided.

(Due to regulations you must be a minimum of 22 years old)

To ensure our girls have the care they rightly deserve our interview process consists of three stages: A formal interview, an observation visit and a trial shift in the care homes.
